We had to get up at 5:30am on Sunday to catch the bus to Firenze,
then catch the train to Udine, and a mere 9 hours later we found
ourselves hanging out, once again, in Anduins. This time it was a
power trek, get there, complete our mission, and get home, all in
one day.
We succeeded, and by 2am we were happily back in Siena. To my
left is the priest, Don Igor, for Vito d'Asio, the community of
four towns that Anduins belongs to. He spoke english and even
spent some time in California.
A trip to Anduins is never complete without a visit to Assunta's,
no matter how brief.
